Brazil have announced their 26-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with Neymar making a long-awaited return to the national team after two and a half years.
Head coach Carlo Ancelotti says Neymar will play an important role in Brazil’s campaign as the team targets its long-awaited sixth World Cup title, known as “Mission Hexa.”
Experienced goalkeepers Alisson and Ederson have been included in the squad, while the defense will feature players like Alex Sandro, Bremer, and Marquinhos. Lucas Paqueta is expected to lead the midfield.
Alongside Neymar, Brazil’s attacking lineup includes rising talent Endrick, Vinicius Junior, and Raphinha. Brazil, placed in Group C, will begin their World Cup journey against Morocco, followed by matches against Haiti and Scotland.
