Finance Adviser Saleh Ahmed has said, the govt-sponsored OMS service won't resume shortly. He also said, supply of Urea to remain stable in the market.
The finance adviser came up with the statement while briefing the journalists after the meeting of the cabinet committee on procurement at secretariat this morning.
He said that due to some complications in the supply chain, the price of water had increased in the market and it is now bearable.
Commenting that the increase in VAT tax has not had any effect on the market, he said that some products will be adjusted in the upcoming budget.
Meanwhile, the financier also said that the import will be continued so that there is no shortage of urea fertilizer in the market.
