The doctors of the hospital say his condition remains critical. The next 72 hours are highly risky. 

Meanwhile, Dhaka Metropolitan Police say, the attacker was identified through nearby CCTV footage and efforts are underway to make an arrest.

 Police have also released the suspect’s photograph and sought public help.
