French club PSG have won their second consecutive UEFA Champions League title after defeating Arsenal 4-3 in a dramatic penalty shootout in the final.
Arsenal, appearing in their first Champions League final in 20 years, took the lead in the sixth minute through Kai Havertz.
However, PSG gradually took control of the match. In the second half, Ousmane Dembélé equalized from the penalty spot after Christian Mosquera conceded a foul.
With no further goals in regulation or extra time, the match was decided by penalties.
Arsenal's hopes were dashed when Gabriel's effort sailed over the crossbar, allowing PSG to secure the trophy.
Under manager Luis Enrique, PSG once again became champions of Europe and joined Real Madrid as only the second club to successfully defend the Champions League title.
