Security analysts say that if the conflict with the US continues, Iran’s situation could deteriorate further. Wrong decisions might even trigger a civil war.
On February 27, the US and Israel launched coordinated attacks on Iran. Iran retaliated, striking Israel and targeting 27 US bases across Middle East.
The situation worsened when Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei killed in the attacks.
However, Bangladesh's former Air force officer, Ishfaq Ilahi Chowdhury warns, if Iran cannot make sound decisions, the crisis may deepen.
Former diplomat, Golam Masiha says, without broader support from the Muslim world, Iran cannot sustain this war for long.
They advise Bangladesh to remain cautious in expressing its position on the conflict.
