A five-member Appellate Division bench, headed by Justice Md Nuruzzaman, passed the order after hearing. Justice Nuruzzaman said Chief Justice is now hospitalised. The case will be heard by the bench headed by the Chief Justice. Till then, SC's earlier directives remain in force. Today, the court extended its earlier order. Though the children will stay with their mother, but their father Imran Sharif can visit them between 9am and 9pm every day.
