Bangladesh ODI captain Tamim Iqbal has announced his decision to retire from all forms of international cricket
The 34-year old said this to the media in Chittagong a day after the first one-day international against Afghanistan.
He made the announcement with tears at an emergency press conference at a hotel in Chattogram on Thursday noon.
Before the conference, there was speculation that Tamim – who has been at loggerheads with the BCB president – would step down from captaincy.
