BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman ends his election campaign by visiting his parents' graves. After finishing a public rally at Lalbagh in Old Dhaka, he visited the graves around 11 pm on Monday.
From morning to evening on Monday, Tarique Rahman addressed 8 election rallies at key locations across the capital.
The final day of campaigning began on Monday morning at Banani playground in Dhaka-17 constituency. He then addressed rallies in Kalabagan, Pir Jangi Mazar Road, Basabo, Jatrabari, Jurain and Dhupkhola field.
The day’s final rally took place at Lalbagh in Dhaka-7 constituency at 6 pm.
After the rally, Tarique Rahman visited the grave of martyred President Ziaur Rahman at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, where he offered prayers standing beside the graves of his father and mother.
