Mild to moderate heat wave is sweeping elsewhere over the country and it may continue.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country. Prevailing heat wave may continue over the country. 

Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country having chances of rain/thunder showers at one or two places over Sylhet division. 

The Meteorological Department said that there is no possibility of any significant change in the weather today.

However, in the next 24 hours from 6 pm today, there may be temporary gusty winds, thundershowers and rain in some places of Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and one or two places of Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal and Chattogram divisions.
