Experts said, one of the main reasons of the situation is the obstruction to water drainage. 

Unplanned embankments, lack of sufficient water passages. 

TheExperts also said, the condition will not change unless realistic planning for the haor region is implemented. 

Meanwhile, the farmers across the region are in despair after losing everything.

Meanwhile, Met office says, rainfall may decrease in the haor and upstream areas within 4 to 5 days, but that will not bring immediate relief. 

Even if reduction of rainfall along with receding of flood water, improvement will be slow because water trapped in the haor cannot drain naturally.
